AJ is a storyteller from Pensacola, FL. She received a BFA in Theatre for Youth from Samford University. As a writer, she strives to share bold and bittersweet stories both on the stage and the page. She is the recipient of BroadwayWorld Birmingham's Original Script of the Decade Award for her play Love Isn't Real. When she isn't writing, AJ spends her time encouraging the passion for the arts in her students.
